Forest Botanical Garden Tharandt, Saxonian State Arboretum 2007From 25/08/2007 to 31/10/2007
For the first time in eastern Germany, the exhibition was opened in the summer of 2007 in the Forest Botanical Garden Tharandt. The Dean of the Faculty of Forestry, Earth and Hydro-sciences emphasized that the exhibition was a contribution to the Decade of Education for Sustainable Development proclaimed by the United Nations and to the creation of a sense of responsibility for sustainable development among the entire population. In conclusion, the exhibition was a great success, giving the park more culture and prestige.

In conclusion, I can also say that the exhibition in our newly emerging garden was a complete success. It has immediately given this new park more culture and prestige. The response of the visitors has been very positive and many have been back repeatedly to see the exhibition bit by bit.
